This week I had to opportunity to photograph a lovely home for sale in Durham. Its a condo in a new, active 55+ community, listed by Lee Ann Parks of ReMax All Points Realty. Lee Ann is one of the best, hardest working realtors in the SeaCoast area, and I highly recommend her if you are buying, selling, or renting!
This lovely 2 bedroom condo is practically brand new, has an open floor plan, and large, sunny rooms.
Its located in a private, tranquil, wooded area, yet close to downtown Durham. The best of both worlds! The homeowners tell me they frequently see deer, and I saw lots of birds at the bird feeders, although none of them wanted their picture taken apparently. They flew away when I got my camera out.
